I am a native Houstonian and I know this great city inside and out. Real estate is not just a financial transaction. It can be an emotional time for many homeowners, whether it be parting with a family home filled with 30 years of memories or your first big investment. I understand the nuance between having a place to live versus a home that you love. While our group services all over the Greater Houston area, I am one of the leading realtors in Cottage Grove, Timber Grove, Garden Oaks, and Oak Forest neighborhoods. 
Coming from a family of realtors and business owners, I am well-known as a negotiation specialist and have a proven track record of pricing, handling objections and getting the deal done. My experience, tenacity and attention to detail ensure that we get a transaction from list to close correctly and on time. My strong beliefs in kindness, fairness and candid communication form the foundation for bringing buyers and sellers together and creating a winning situation for all parties. Nothing gives me more satisfaction than finding creative solutions for my clients. I genuinely love working with people and helping individuals. When I'm not working with clients I enjoy as much quality time as I can with my husband Jason, our cat Yoda, and our dog Rio - you'll recognize him on our logo. We enjoy an active lifestyle: travelling, hiking, snowboarding, scuba diving and cooking out with friends and family. I adore dogs and I am a huge advocate for rescue animals.

I have lived in the Greater-Houston area for over 25 years and have witnessed the growth and development of both Montgomery and Harris County. From my long-term relationships with businesses and residents, I have developed keen insight and vision into our local communities so that I can easily and efficiently find the right neighborhood for my clients.
After graduating with a degree in psychology from Sam Houston State University, I worked with C-level executives and their clients at one of the largest energy infrastructure companies in the US coordinating high-dollar events involving multiple service providers. My enthusiastic, competitive spirit combined with the intuition developed from many years of contract negotiation gives me the edge that you need to advocate for you and get you the deal that you want.
I pride myself on understanding my clients' "must-haves" and "nice-to-haves" and then relentlessly working to ensure that buying or selling a home is easy and stress-free. As a Marine’s wife, I am passionate about assisting Veterans with the home buying process.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, riding horses, cooking, and dining out.

With my sales experience and strong multi-tasking skills, I support the team so that we can excel and grow, maintaining productivity and organization in the fast-paced world of real estate. I am all about excellence and determination and I'm the engine that drives the RRG machine. I am very outgoing and can get along with pretty much anyone.

Jason Renfrow

I grew up hunting, hiking, and fishing in the country and swamps of southwest Louisiana. Before real estate, I successfully operated several businesses including my own insurance agency, gaining many certifications and awards along the way and was consistently recognized for my mentorship and expertise. Through my many years in insurance adjusting, I developed a comprehensive knowledge of construction and logistics so real estate seemed like a natural fit for my skill set and my personality.
I am driven by results with a heart for humans. Nothing gives me more joy than helping people efficiently and effectively. I am well-known for my transparency and authenticity in all communications and transactions.
I serve clients all over Greater Houston, but I also have an intimate knowledge of Crystal Beach near the Galveston area. I take pleasure in helping people find that calm, coastal haven away from the Houston hustle.
When I'm not with clients I'm exploring the city with my beautiful wife Cathryn, our cat Yoda, and our mascot dog Rio. I enjoy travelling the world and engaging in new cultures.
