As a first time home buyer, the Real Esate process can seem daunting and complex. The experience we had with the seller of the home we were interested in purchasing was literally the seller from hell. Anyone who has been unfortunate enough to find the perfect home they wanted only to be met with a seller who is completely and utterly unethical and lacks any integrity knows what I mean. However, the incompetence of the home seller only exemplified Cathryn’s negotiation and communication abilities to utilize her conflict resolution skills. Cathryn had a unique talent to remedy our home buying deal when all seemed lost by pulling together her vast resources and knowledge of the current real estate market to make our dream of owning a home for our growing family a reality. From helping us find contractors to just being a caring ear, Cathryn keeps the best interest of her clients at heart that you don’t get with other realtors who are just looking to make a sale and get there commissions. Cathryn went the extra mile for us and worked very diligently to see that our needs were met, even when the seller could care less. We did not wish to be treated just as another client and found in Cathryn a life long friend and someone I would trust with all of my future real estate transactions. My wife’s sister is currently moving here to Houston and there is no one else I would recommend for her home buying search than Cathryn. Now that my wife and I are moved in, the terribly emotional and complicated 3 month home buying process was completely worth the struggles and frustrations because we found the perfect place to call our home.
