From day one Cathryn was so engaged, positive and easy to work with! I was looking for my first home and had limited knowledge as to how the housing market worked. She took the time to explain what needed to happen each step of the way, and answer all my (many) questions that I had in detail. The house search process went smoothly, and quickly, and she was a great help in getting my offer in. After the sellers accepted there were definitely some hiccups and things to work out, they wanted to lease back from me and needed a lot of flexibility, but Cathryn was able to work with me and of course knew just how to handle each issue that arose. There was not a thing that got overlooked, and coming from a perfectionist that is saying a lot. She sent loads of documents that were helpful throughout the process, and did a lot of research that I think went above and beyond what many realtors would do. I work full-time and I can't even say how much of a difference that made in the process for me. She is extremely dedicated, knowledgeable and dependable and it has been my pleasure to work with her. I have been so grateful to have her through this process, and I would not change a thing!

As laborious as selling a house can be, I was completely impressed with Cathryn's responsiveness, she was on top of everything! She gracefully fought for us every step of the way. We got help with deciding if any repairs or remodeling were worth the time and money, with decoration and staging with our own furniture, with pricing, negotiation, mortgages and more. Absolutely amazing! Cathryn Renfrow is a fantastic realtor. She is knowledgable about Houston, especially the Heights / Cottage Grove areas. She goes above and beyond for her clients, and will make sure to inform them of every possible problem and pitfall in a house. Cathryn at Rio Realty was incredible to work with. This was not my first time selling a home, but it was certainly the easiest.
